We were new at the whole home-selling and plus with the economy the way it was- we were praying for someone agressive, yet sweet and who knew their stuff. We had 2 foreclosures in our area and we knew that it would take a miracle. Then our miracle came..... Traci Fant. Traci was a wonderful help to us. She took us out for several hours and had put alot of time into finding us places to look at that she thought we might be interested in before we even arrived. She also brought boots for me to wear to walk the properties and a walking stick. She even thought to bring water to drink for us. We were not at all pressured, and she even took us around town to points of interest in Crossville. Later that day after departing and not making any decisions we both decided on the last lot we looked at which she had saved for last. She thought that we would like it the best and she was right! We called her and told her we wanted to make an offer on the last property we saw. She was not feeling that good "allergy", but she just still just as pleasant and helpful.
